About Melissa
For over 19 years, Melissa Bennett and her family have proudly called East Texas home. A graduate of the University of Texas at Tyler with a BBA in Finance, Melissa gained experience in the banking, insurance and oil and gas industries as well as her experience as a 10-year small business owner. Today, Melissa has taken her expertise and seamlessly transitioned into the real estate industry as an Ebby Halliday Realtor.
In her lifetime, Melissa has lived in seven different states and moved over twenty times - setting her apart from other Realtors as she understands first-hand the challenges of buying and selling a home. In life and in real estate, her philosophy is to find the positive, even as others see problems.
Combined with her passion for her East Texas community, having been actively involved with the Junior League of Tyler, the East Texas Symphony and the Rose Festival, Melissa is ready to help with all your homebuying and selling needs. When Melissa isn’t making homeownership dreams a reality for her clients, she enjoys cooking, baking, paddleboarding and spending time with her husband and their four children.
